Please note that all sales are final, we do not offer refund or exchange unless you received a defective/damage item.

To receive replacement of defective/damaged items: please email any pictures of the defect within 7 days (from delivery date) and we will process exchange for the same item. You will receive a return label and the replacement will be shipped once item is received. If  the specific item is out of stock we can process refund back to the payment method used when placing your order. Refund will be processed 7 business days from the day your parcel was delivered back to us. Refunds typically get credited back to your account within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
